  • Ticket sales platforms (Universal Tickets)
  • Travel agency management systems (TravelSales)
  • Invoice management systems (KwikInvoices)
  • Other technology solutions and services

3. User Accounts

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intellisensus Tech Solutions, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.
